Hi, I’m Olga! I’m a coffee lover and lifelong foodie with Colombian roots, here to share recipes that bring warmth and flavor to everyday cooking. From fresh takes on Latin classics to the comforting dishes I grew up with, I’m all about making food that feels like home.

Hi there,

I can’t believe the year is almost over! I just want to say thank you for being here and cooking along with me this year. Sharing recipes and hearing how you’ve made them your own has been such a highlight for me.

For New Year’s Eve, I always skip the big meal and go for small bites instead. It’s such a fun way to snack and celebrate, whether you’re staying in, hanging with friends, or just enjoying the countdown.

Here are some of my favorite bites for New Year’s Eve:

Loaded Fries with Bacon Cheddar and Ranch: I love loaded fries with bacon cheddar and ranch—especially inspired by the cheesy, smoky ones from Shake Shack.

Mini Chicken Quesadillas: These mini chicken quesadillas are perfect for snacks, appetizers, or an easy dinner when you’re craving something quick and cheesy.

Cheesy Taco Dip: extra cheesy taco dip with seasoned ground beef.

Crispy Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks (Chili’s Copycat): Flaky, savory, and easy to grab.

I’m so excited to share even more recipes with you in the New Year!

Wishing you a happy and delicious New Year,

(P.S. If you make any of these, tag me on Instagram @cocinarepublic—I’d love to see your spread!)
